Covid vaccination status requests

We are understandably receiving lots of enquiries from patients regarding how the prove their covid vaccination status.

A number of the online apps (Patient Access, NHS App, MYGP etc) give patients the ability to view vaccines that have been given, including covid vaccinations.

If you do not have access to these, you can request a letter form the NHS providing yur vaccination status by calling 119 from the 17th May.

Our aim is to provide a caring, comprehensive and high quality service with a modern approach to traditional General Practice. We work hard to ensure that patients receive the care we would wish for ourselves and our families.

Park View Surgery is a long established surgery in the city of Preston, within five minutes’ walk of the city centre and opposite Avenham Park.

Our GPs, Practice Nurses and support staff are all committed to providing a high quality primary care service, working with you to maintain and improve your health.

We are a well-regarded training practice and have GP Registrars and other Doctors working with us.

Our website is designed to help you get the best out of the services we provide. It also includes a section with health information and leaflets for patients. We hope you find our website helpful, informative and easy to use.

For easy wheelchair access there is a ramp at the front entrance. Appointments are available downstairs if needed.

We are keen to continuously develop the practice and the services we provide and we  welcome your feedback.
